Had a 1 hour argument with my mathematical thinking module lecturer today. The worst thing was we were discussing in the canteen and he was kindda of like shouting, and making a scene.....think everyone was like staring and wondering what  was happening. Was discussing a tutorial qn which i think he got it wrong. He acutally modified a famous mathematical problem and thought his modification did not change the solution. I was trying to explain that it did.

Even if I am wrong, he need not get so heated up and was kindda insulting.....was saying that i must have some problem, why i cannot see the solution. He kept making irritated expressions and sounds which made matters worse. I thought I was quite polite to him liaozz, so there's no need to be so heated up. Anyway as a scientist u should be open up to different ideas. Just because someone doesn't agree with u, doesn't mean u have to make a big fuss out of it. I told him several times, it's ok, mabbe i go home and think abt it but he kept on insisting that he's right and I should totally agree with him. And anyway i confirmed my solution with several ppl liaozz and they all agree that his solution is flawed. But guess since i am  the student and he is the lecturer, who am I to say anything. haiz....anyway he's the one setting the exam

today got lessson, had to go to sch early in the morning....then came back had to start doing my prog lab part 2 which was super tedious...think i never wrote a longer progam before....think overall over 400 lines, wanna pengzz liaoz...guess this is just the beginning, cannot imagine that  it's gonna get worse.

been helping Jas maintain her neopet while she is away....think i having a bit of fun....feeding it, buying things annd playing games...haha.  

recently eyesight seems to be getting worse, or maybe my specs never measure eyesight properly the other time, or even maybe it's all the looking at the computer screen for too long.

chinese new yr, get to meet up with a lot of cousins that i dun normally get to see. funny thing is I have a cousin from china who is in nus Arts but i never get to see her in sch. What was surprising to me was when she told me she's doing a shared major in econs and english language. I tot wah...already think those singaporeans who take english language already very zhai....what's more she's more china and hasn't had english exposure when she was in china. she only came here for JC and she also went to nj and is one yr my junior, come to think of it, even in nj i never get to see her except once i think, mei yuan feng.

I have this 2 other young cousins who visited my hse yesterday. Everytime they come they always ask their father to ask mi if i have any computer games...father say they very 'wang pi', always wanna play game..then i said i dun have new games, only those that they have played before. They started to play their father's handphone but their father dun let them play for long becoz no batt...then i was thinking i let them play my 'rush hour' puzzle game. Heard the older one is quite clever, always get top in the standard and whatever maths, science ,english competition he minimum get high distinction and got awarded medal before. he actually got into gifted but his parents dun want to put him there. So i guess the game quite suitable since even Pauline's tuition kid plays. While the older one was analytically assessing the game with" if i want this to move, i have to move that first.....", the younger one was saying just VROOOM......BANG through lah.....

last nite, played mahjong at my cousin's hse. They say wanna play 20 cents 40 cents....then i tot siao liaozz...hope i dun lose too much tonite. But miracously i won $38....can treat Jas.
